How do I download my gallery?
While the process of downloading your gallery for the first time can be a little confusing, the process ensures that your images remain as high quality as possible!
Step One:
You will receive an email from me with a link to access your gallery! The email will state that it is from "Shelby Powell Photo."
The email, once opened, will look like this! Click the "View Gallery" button and check out your gallery!
Step Two:
When you open up your gallery, you will see a few tabs and buttons! Feel free to explore, its all yours!
To download your photos, hit the "Download all" button in the right-hand corner of the gallery.
Step Three:
After clicking "Download all" you will be prompted to enter your email address. This is so that another link can be sent to you to download the gallery.
If I provided you with a pin, you will also enter that here!
Once you have successfully entered your email and pin, The gallery download will begin being prepared. You will either be redirected to check your email for another link or you will be given a button to initiate the download.
Computer Downloads:
The folder with your photos will download as a zip file.
You will need to extract the photos from the zip file and save them to a regular folder. Then you are done!
Mobile Downloads:
Similarly to a computer download, your gallery will download as a zip file. You will need to save this to your phone files in a location you can easily find it. To do this, click the share icon, then "Save to Files."
Once saved, you will need to "uncompress" the file. Then select all of the photos in the file and click the share icon, and "Save Images." This will save the gallery to your photos app for you to enjoy, share, and post!
